Kindly note the terms for your transaction:

1. Your Regitration for i-LEND is Completely FREE.
2. Borrower shall be responsible for filling up of the online registration form including submission of documents as listed on the website. i-LEND may not send reminder mails or call the Borrower to do the same. Non-submission of documents due to non-availability will Lead to Rejection of your profile. (See document list)
3. Verification of application will commence only after filling of the online form completely including submission of requisite documents to the satisfaction of i-LEND. 
4. Registration neither guarantees “Successful Approval” of Borrower Loan Listing on i-LEND, nor does it guarantee funding of loan amount as desired by the Borrower.
5. The registration is valid only for a period of one month or one Loan Listing request, whichever is the earliest.
   E.g., if one has Registered on 1st Feb, 2015 and applied for a loan, withdrew on March 2015 and apply again on 1st April, 2015 or later, the Borrower will be required to register again.
