Tele - Executive

Job Description: 

Handle customer enquiries / questions, complaints, provide information through phone, online chat and email.

Responsibilities: 

• Answer customer calls and handle any queries, provide information sought by the customer.
• Manage all customer queries/ issues received via email.
• Manage the online chat to handle customer queries.
• Resolve customer complaints through proper recording, follow-up and closure of complaints
• Identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs & produce call reports.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Graduate with atleast 2 years of work experience
• Proficient in Hindi, Telugu and English
• Good Verbal and written communication
• Good data entry and typing skills.

Others:

• Should be able to prepare reports, provide updates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Multi-tasker
• Able to demonstrate technical skills to handle PC, operating systems and applications
