Business Development Executive

Job Description:

To identify, acquire and retain new borrowers and lenders and be the Company interface with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers (lenders and borrowers) and responsible for achieving sales target.
• Make sales pitch / presentation to borrower / lender groups and follow-up on sales activities
• Develop relevant  business proposals, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Implement marketing programs at the ground level for both borrowers and lenders
• Build referal and lead generation network

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree / Master in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Pro-active and self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of team 
• Good understanding of financial products and ability / confidence to deal with intelligent customers
• Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, market knowledge, presentation skills and high energy level

Other Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience /  Personal loans
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Capable of working independently
• Travel is essential for this position
