Job Description:
To identify, acquire and retain new borrowers and lenders and be the Company interface with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers (lenders and borrowers) and responsible for achieving sales target.
- Make sales pitch / presentation to borrower / lender groups and follow-up on sales activities
- Develop relevant business proposals, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Implement marketing programs at the ground level for both borrowers and lenders
- Build referal and lead generation network
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree / Master in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Pro-active and self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of team
- Good understanding of financial products and ability / confidence to deal with intelligent customers
- Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, market knowledge, presentation skills and high energy level
Other Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience / Personal loans
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Capable of working independently
- Travel is essential for this position
