I want to consolidate the debt. Other family expenses involved.

I am working in an MNC with good income. My monthly expenses are also less. However, I want to borrow some money due to some emergency expenses for my mother's treatment and I also want to consolidate my previous loan, so that my expenses will be even more less. My EMI amount will be reduced and also I can plan my finances in a better way. I need this money mainly to consolidate my previous loan and for my mother's treatment.
