Job Description:
Handle customer enquiries / questions, complaints, provide information through phone, online chat and email.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and handle any queries, provide information sought by the customer.
- Manage all customer queries/ issues received via email.
- Manage the online chat to handle customer queries.
- Resolve customer complaints through proper recording, follow-up and closure of complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs & produce call reports.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Graduate with atleast 2 years of work experience
- Proficient in Hindi, Telugu and English
- Good Verbal and written communication
- Good data entry and typing skills.
Others:
- Should be able to prepare reports, provide updates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Multi-tasker
- Able to demonstrate technical skills to handle PC, operating systems and applications
